After obtaining his Phd at UC Irvine, Andre decided to return to Brazil and join the Google Belo Horizonte in its early days.

A search expert and a seasoned people manager, Andre played key parts in many of Google most important improvements in the last decade, including project Google Pigeon, while helping develop the company operation in Brazil.
